We were happy to participate in the art exhibition in Chacomber village. The exhibition was provided by the Chacombe art group. It is a small friendly group that exhibits, socialize for lunches, and goes on trips to exhibitions. My mom is also an artist and she was invited to the group. She mainly is doing portraits during our long journey. The Art Group has been in existence for fifteen years and they meet once a week for three hours of painting drawing and chatting. They learn mixed media, drawing, and painting techniques and also hold workshops sometimes throughout the year.
