Excellent personal tour guide service provided to us during our 3 day stay in Kiev. Iryna was very experienced in communicating with us prior to arrival and during our stay. We saw so many interesting facets of Kiev and it's surrounds. A very good value for anyone visiting Kiev - use Amazing Ukraine
Me and my colleague took a tour with Iryna and Amazing Ukraine for a day in July. I am interested mainly in military history so she showed us the Central Museum of Armed Forces of Ukraine and Kiev War Museum which was very interesting. We had a very nice walk around Kiev to see the main sights and also took a very tasty traditional lunch.
Iryna has a very charming personality and really love to show and tell history about her city and country for tourists. I will highly reccommend Iryna and Amazing Ukraine for any visitors comming there!
Went on the nightlife tour with Irina, cannot say enough how great and fun she made this tour. We went to bars, clubs, ate food and drank and danced for hours. In the process I got to see some wonderful hidden bars and generally they local crowd having fun. Irina was a excellent guide attentive and knowledgeable, explaining the history of buildings and the city as we moved between locations. I will say that if you go to Kiev you make sure you have a tour with her, it will set you up to see Kiev right.
Iryna was professional and courteous. She knew a lot about all of the sites and showed me everything I wanted to see. She brought me to a restaurant with authentic Ukrainian food and brought me to all the landmarks I wanted to see. Her English was fantastic and I felt comfortable with her all day.
We had a full schedule seeing a bit of Kiev, Lviv, and Odesa in one week. With a couple over night trains to allow for more day time sight seeing. We had a wide variety of activities, attractions, museums, monasteries and churches, Ukrainian fine dining including entertainment, sea side relaxing, dolphin show, and more.
I couldn't be more excited to recommend Iryna and her Cuisine Tour in a Ukranian Village. It was a truly memorable experience and our favorite day from our travels in Ukraine! We were welcomed by a wonderful family and spent the day on their farm where we ate a beautiful traditional meal they prepared farm-to-table. We learned how to cook pieroshkys and received some hands on experience in the outdoor kitchen learning from our very patient hosts!) We had wonderful conversation with our host family and felt so welcomed into their home - we did not want the day to end!
We arrived Kiev and were looking for a different kind of tour.
I was asking to arrange for us a tour to meet the daily life of a Ukrainian family in the village.
It was arranged.
A day in the village, markets, and a cooking class. My wife learned how to make PIRUCHKI and the day was just great.
A different experience, meeting the locals. No malls and fancy restaurants. A day with a local family that received us with a big welcome and did her best that we will enjoy our day.
The food was wooowooo the cooking was woooowoooo
In total you must try it
Twenty-five kilometre walk was definitely a proper hike. Hiking for Berries, 6 different kinds of berries - blue berry, pink berries, raspberry (Malina), mulberry, Cherry (is it a berry), and wild strawberries. That day's hit was Malina, a bucket could easily be filled with it, except we didn't bring bucket but we had many handfuls that we would just delightfully gobbled them into our mouth. That forest is abundant with so many berries that we became tired of eating them at the end of the day.
