
Holubtsi is a Ukrainian Stuffed Cabbage dish made of cabbage rolls, stuffed with a mixture of ground beef or pork, rice, and onions. The cabbage rolls are cooked in a special tomato and sour cream sauce. Cabbage rolls and typical for the cuisines of Central, Northern, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe and much of Western Asia, Northern China, as well as parts of North Africa. Holubtsi ingredients: 1 large head of cabbage or 2 medium cabbages 3 spoons olive oil 2 medium onions 2 medium carrots 1 egg 1 glass of rice 500g minced beef (or veal or pork) 2 spoons of tomato pasta 2 spoons of sour cream
